13 Aug 3 times the fun : a giveaway
Summer is still the season at hand and the Clark family is managing to squeeze in as much fun as possible. As tells the story of my Instagram stream.
And speaking of fun…I’m so super-excited to be giving away a spot in my soon-coming class The Art of Compostion. You know, the class I’ve been talking about non-stop because right now I’ve got compostision on the brain!

I 'found' you by following Jen and Brene after doing the Ordinary Courage course earlier this year, and since then have felt like a major part missing from my life is 'creativity'. I have always loved taking photos, but think my love of photography was 'shut down' when my ex-partner took the camera and lenses I was using with him and sold them all. I still have the first DSLR I bought when pregnant with my daughter but it's hardly moved from the bottom drawer in the last 2 years. I've slowly been working my way back into it with the joy of iphone hipstamatic (!) but have this dream of filling my walls with photos and so far all I have is a cupboard full of empty frames!! I HAVE to find a way to do this course!
It will coincide nicely with our summer fun here in Australia! Right now we're rugged up, battling Winter colds and fevers with soups and fresh warm bread!

Our summer has been filled with traveling to see family, them traveling to see us, and finally trying to find fun things to do inside when it is in the high 90's each afternoon 🙂 I love going out with my girls but I found this year I have way more fun sitting on the floor with barbies or polly pockets and imagining adventures. This course would really help me because I think that I struggle with composition and most of my shots look the same because of this. Thanks for the chance to win, I would not waste it 🙂

Our summer has a one of huge transition with a move (still in process) from Texas to southern Georgia with trips to southern California (home), Mammoth/Yosemite, New Orleans and Orlando along the way. My Air Force husband has been gone most of the last two years and with this move he will finally be HOME with us! So with summer coming to an end we are eagerly awaiting, next week!, when our family will be all together again in our own house. Yay!!

Our favorite summer memories involve our four grandsons!! We've been to a train museum. The boys are crazy about trains and in this museum you can crawl all over the train engines and cars. We've been out to eat at the "All Aboard" resaurant where your food is delivered by a model train running around the top of the building. We've been to the zoo, to the circus, to the pool and we've just played together. There's nothing better than spending summer days with our grandchildren!!

Now as far as our Summer regardless of us being on the super Budget since hubby's hrs. have been cut we have had the BEST Summer. I have made it so we have had actually the most fun we've had ever during the Summer. With our boys playing baseball, 2 day Road Trips, going around our town to places we never have, Going out on daily adventures, singing in the rain, Having the park to ourselves, Dancing silly outside, Waiting for the ice cream truck to come down our block water balloon fights.. Well I am SUPER duper sad we only have 2 weeks to go until the boys go back to school. I have learned to capture moments via my camera and weeks later have gone back and sharing them w/my family has been so wonderful. In the words of my oldest Son.. Summer Rocks.. and when we are bundled up and watching the snow fall I know I will go back to my Project Life and say hey remember this warm sunny Summer day and forget about what is going on outside.
