Do you ever feel like you’re working really really hard? Really really hard?

Yep, me too.

Isn’t the anticipation of summer supposed to make you feel giddy and energized and maybe even relaxed?

Yeah, I thought so.

I clearly need an attitude adjustment.

Agreed.

Perhaps if I just stopped buzzing and started breathing?

    yes Tracey. yes. I thought the fall was supposed to be the busiest time? So why does it feel like I’m about 3x busier as I welcome in summer?

    Breathe in 2 – 3 – 4 and out 2 – 3 – 4 🙂

    If you think of the buzzing as a kind of chanting, does that help? I’m in full busy bee mode over here. Some days it takes all I have to tear myself away for some breathing or chanting. If all else fails I take a bath. Forced relaxation!

    Funnily enough after a 3 week trip to the UK to see my family, I’ve been having a hard time getting back up to speed and into the swing of things again. Guess while everyone else needs to slow down I need to do a little ramping up. Enjoy your summers everyone.

    funny, I feel this way too. we are only one full day into summer vacation and yet I feel like it will be gone tomorrow and I will have gotten none of my goals accomplished.
