12 Oct The Best Kinds of Miracles
“I know a lot of you folks have come out to the farm and you’ve seen the words, and a lot of you have asked me, ‘how could this have happened?’. I don’t know, but it has happened… at a time when we really don’t see many miraculous things. Maybe we do. Maybe they’re all right there around us everyday, we just don’t know where to look.”

Posted at 03:57h, 13 OctoberWhat a gorgeous photo.
I’ll second what Kara said… spider webs are so beautiful, how come spiders are so ugly? 🙂
Mine is not so much about a miracle as it is about courage:

Posted at 06:58h, 13 OctoberThat is awesome! Miracle indeed.
You see, I really need a macro lens (or some equivalent) because we get those gorgeous webs (made by the big ugly seasonal spiders) I took a picture but it didn’t come out too well.

Posted at 12:55h, 13 OctoberWhat a great reminder.
My BSM was a bit of a miracle in that I had 2 kids under 2 sitting quietly and playing together off on their own under a tree while all the older siblings played frisbee and whiffle ball around them. It was so fun to watch the toddlers “communicate” and laugh at each other’s “jokes” and faces and to watch them share their snack.

Posted at 16:45h, 13 OctoberLife is full of ordinary miracles, you just have to look and recognize them for what they are. 🙂 A lot of times I think they are missed because people don’t slow down enough to see them.
Here’s my best shot, not quite a miracle but a pretty something I’ve always wondered what they looked like up close.

Posted at 05:12h, 16 OctoberMiracle here? My son who lives with FAS and has no impulse control and runs away when he knows nothing else to do…was found and returned home safely tonight.
And I pray for continued miracles. Because one day…he may run farther.
And thank you for reminding me to check on A…and how much I adore Charlotte’s Web.
