Hey guys, do you hate when bloggers get all giddy when they get nominated for a blog award? Is it totally annoying when a blogger jumps around with excitement because, let’s say, her photo blog is up for a Blogger’s Choice Award? Is that like so, um, lame?

OK, don’t answer that because I am that blogger that still gets all a flutter when a little recognition is involved. I won’t even pretend to be too cool for that. For god sakes, I even vote for myself. Sheesh.

So, I suppose you guessed by the subtle name of this post and my blatant ramblings that my other blog, Picture This has been nominated for a Blogger’s Choice Award. Yay! If you aren’t too put off by my enthusiasm and shameless self-promotion and you find it in your kind bloggy heart to vote for me I will kiss you. Virtually, that is.

    Congrats – that’s wonderful. Man if you can’t be happy about a blog accomplishment on your own blog…well then I don’t know what. But something really bad.
