Finding signs, little messages like this heart-shaped bread clasp are affirmations:

…that I am paying attention.

…that I am living in the moment.

…that I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

It’s not always that easy to remember or even believe but in moments like these, it is.

    The other day I got this affirmation that my parents are good people…or just sit in the right spot. 😉 Otherwise I'm just making my own daily affirmations that I CAN launch a business!

    Yesterday… two grey foxes … then, a little cloud all on it's own, that was filled with Rainbow light, a tiny little self-contained Rainbow Cloud … then a little blue jay feather right in the middle of the floor of my office … then a call from someone I feel magically connected to.

    Whew. Yesterday, was the day of being in the now. Of being present. Of witnessing magic and miracles and synchronicity.

    Thank you Tracey for inspiring this reflection this morning!

    that in the silence the clock ticks, my heart beats, patience becomes easy, love is made visible. my affirmation is to quiet all the noise so that i may truly hear.
