when doors open

when doors open

So finally, all of the projects I’ve been working on behind the scenes are beginning to reveal themselves. All the ideas, thoughts, intentions, and plans are slowly unfurling. It feels amazing. And a little bit scary. If I didn’t admit that sometimes I feel fearful of forging ahead, of taking risks and big leaps of faith, then I wouldn’t be being truthful.

Truth is, with all the newness and uncertainty, there is trepidation. I think that’s natural and normal and totally fine. But even when my legs feel wobbly, I keep walking. Sometimes I have to find a peaceful place to sit and wait as my legs find their strength again. Sometimes I need someone to hold my hand to help me keep my footing. And other times I just keep on taking it step by step. Slow and steady.

See, I have an agreement with myself; keep putting one foot in front of the other with my heart and intuition leading the way, and when doors open and welcome me in, always enter.

How about you? Do you have an agreement with yourself that keeps you going?

Love the beautiful old fashioned key. It speaks of a kinder and gentler time when style and grace were highly revered …
This is the kind of key that can only unlock the magical place where your hopes and dreams can be found.
It will be an honor to share the journey with you my girl.

Sometimes I think you are writing my life. Doors and gates are opening. All we have wished for is beginning to congeal. I am embracing vulnerability in courageous ways these days. Well, brave for me anyway. Blessings
